Notable highlights across Eastern Europe

  • The year-on-year market headcount increase across these five countries ranged from 1% to 4%, with “Operations-Based Management Consulting” and “Audit Services” lines of businesses witnessing the largest growth.
  • The average time required to progress from analyst level to partner level ranged from 25 to 27.5 years, with Poland and Hungary having the fastest track.
  • “IT Infrastructure Consulting” was one of the highest-paid lines of business and "Strategy-Oriented Management Consulting" also ranked among the top three highest paid in three of four countries.
