Veronika is a native of Berlin. After initially studying music she trained as a tri-lingual Personal Assistant, working for both Otis Elevator and Springer Science and Media, the international technical publishing specialist.

Veronika subsequently studied for a degree in Business Management at the Berlin’s Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft (University of Economics), whilst leading the product distribution team for a computer hardware company. She also worked in accounting and investment counselling functions before joining Vencon Research in 2005.

Veronika is now Business Development Manager in Vencon's  Berlin office. She is fluent in English, French and German.

Martin comes from Cologne and gained a degree in Sociology at Dresden University of Technology, also studying Political Economy and Art History in both Dresden and at the University of Hull.

He started his career at Treuhandwirtschaftsberatungen GmbH in Munich as an Executive Researcher, managing the recruitment of senior managers and technical specialists in the automotive, engineering, technology and telecommunication industries.

Before joining Vencon Martin worked as a Project Manager in international b2b market research across the telecoms and financial services sectors.

As a Project Manager in the Berlin office, Martin is responsible for data analysis and management. In addition to his native German he is also fluent in English, French and Russian.

Bob comes originally from near Duesseldorf, Germany, but earned his degree in Information and Computer Sciences from the University of Leiden, in the Netherlands.

Professionally, his early career included heading the German operations of 06 Software, where he developed and implemented innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Moving back to Germany Bob spent 10 years as an independent management consultant, involved in the restructuring and subsequent sale of a number of companies.

Before joining Vencon as Business Development Manager Bob’s experience included the role of Country Manager, Germany, Austria & Switzerland of Tel Sell, a direct response TV station, as well as Business Development Manager for TRANSMEDIA GmbH.

When TRANSMEDIA became part of Mediascape Communications he became responsible for the development of their business across the former East German states.

Bob speaks Dutch, English, German and Spanish.

Claudia comes from north of Berlin, and originally qualified in basic accounting, with a specialisation in tax.

She started her professional career with a Communications and Marketing Agency where, in addition to assisting the firm’s finance manager, she was also responsible for the general administration within the company. In 2000 she moved to an IT software company as Office Manager, where she also gained experience as a project manager.

Claudia joined Vencon in 2003 as Office Manager, with responsibilities extending to oversight of general accounting and HR. Claudia speaks German, English and basic Russian.
